Samsung S8 MobileTrack issues

I'm using fully updated Samsung Galaxy S8 (EU version) with MobileTrack and latest Fitbit 2.63 (2193223). 

 

MobileTrack per se works. Android widget works as expected and shows correct step count each day:

However main application doesn't show steps per day correctly:

Every day before today has step count = 0 and all the steps seem to be counted as taken today.

 

 

I went through to all the suggestions (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Galaxy-S8-MobileTrack-Support/m-p/2335727) and application reinstall and re-adding MobileTrack. It still doesn't work.

 

Any suggestions how to resolve that?

Hi there @Kaspars123, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Indeed as you saw in the other thread, only in international versions of Galaxy S8 is working the MobileTrack feature.

 

Now regarding the issue you mentioned the steps are being counted incorrectly in the main app, I would like to have more information, since this scenario is unknown for me or at least I haven't seen a similar issue. Would you mind to share a screenshot? This will allow me to have a closer look of the issue you are experiencing. For more details to upload screenshots please review this post.

They have been in the 1st post the entire time - under the spoiler tags. 🙂 If for some reason you can't see them, I can upload them again.

Hi there @Kaspars123, hope you have had wonderful holidays! Yes, you are correct;  the screenshots were under the spoiler tags, but for some reason I was not able to see them with my computer. But rest assure I already got access to the images.

 

As I mentioned before is not a common issue, but after seeing your screenshots I will forward this information to our teams and rest assure we are looking in to this to find the source of the issue and roll a fix in the future.
