I've followed all of the advice in other posts. My zip is still not pairing. Any suggestions??

I'm on Android version 9. Same phone I've had since Fall of 2017.
I think it's been happening for several weeks, and it appears that it's intermittent. My weekly progress report has only been listing one day of activity. When attempting to pair, the response is that the Zip can't connect and to check the app settings. I have the location permissions set to approve though.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing those details on the situation.
In this case it seems like it is related to a known issue with Android 9 that is causing syncing issues. At this time we do not have any updates on the matter but we will be sure to let everyone know as soon as we do have anything to say.
