When my fitbit charge 3 sends out it's summary emails, I get the notification on my phone. But when I go to my email to read it (tapping on the notification) it says 'email can' t be read, email deleted.' If I expand the notification on my phone, i see the first line and that's it. Why is my S9 rejecting the emails?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Just to clarify, by summary emails do you refer to the Weekly Reports sent via email? Are you having this same situation with other emails received on your phone? To further investigate, please provide with a screenshot of what is displayed on your phone and the error message. For instructions to attach a picture, check this post.

Ok, trying to get accustomed to this forum, looks like I may have closed this string... it does this only to the weekly reports. I will try to remember to take a screen capture when it happens again. It is the only instance where my phone deletes emails
