Samsung galaxy S9 notification.

After getting the new S9+ my home application shows me I have a notification. After opening the app I do not have a notification and no way to get rid of it. Its updated, trying cleaning memory, restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Ideas?

Hi.  I have an S9+ as well.  I don't know everything about it but -- when you swipe down from the top of the screen and you see the notification there have you swept across to delete it?  That is, from the notification area of the phone itself.

 

I am not having this issue, since my app can't load any notifications at all, so thid is just a stab in the dark.

 

Edited to add -- I don't see the S9+ listed in the app supported devices!
