Why is update found in Google store

And not automatic?

After update I have to restart my phone while it is searching and it finds my phone! I have had no problems until now!!! Thanks....😎

Hello @BOTUCKER im assuming your asking why the Play Store did not update the Fitbit app automatically,  is this correct?

This would be an issue with the Play Store app. 

First let's open the Play Store and tap the hamburger menus ans settings. 

Check the auto update Apps setting. 

If it is set for wifi only then the Fitbit app will only update while the phone is connected to wifi. If the phone has not connected recently to wifi then the app would not have updated. 

Now let's go back and search for Fitbit.  Tap the 3 does in the top right and make sure that Auto Update is enabled. 

 

One or both of the above may be why the Fitbit app did not update.
