My android app is not showing steps on Samsung galaxy tablet. This has been going on for days now. How do you find an update and what do you do?thanks

Sorry I meant tile not dashboard! I have uninstalled app and re installed. The steps showed on the tile for a moment and then went back to 0. I have a galaxy tab A 10.1
