Hi I am a Samsung galaxy j5 prime user I was just wondering if you people would be able to test to see if the charge 2 would be compatible with the fitness tracker because it shows up with the charge 2 on my bluetooth but I try to get it to connect with the fitbit but it says can't connect to charge 2 but it does sync and it also won't update the software I have tried other ways to get it to update so many times but it won't allow it please help

You may want to read the Charge 2 user manual  and related articles. click to go there

 

The Charge 2 doesn't pair to your blue tooth, it pairs to your email address. Click to learn how to set up and sync. It might help to read it over.
