My Charge 2 doesn't record my nights sleep timings correctly and each day I have to adjust the start time. Any advice greatly received. Also sometimes shows two sets of timings missing out hours of the nights sleep.
Shane.

Hi there @Shanieg69, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! Regarding your sleep recording are being split missing hours between these entries I recommend to take a look to these suggestions: Sleep pattern split in 2 sections.
additionally, in case the issue persists I'm wondering if you have tried to perform a restart on your tracker? In case you haven't done so, please give it a try. If you need additional help use the following post for this purpose.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions.

Hi there. I've tried following your instructions but it still doesn't record my time correctly. For example I go to bed at 22.00 but it doesn't start recording my sleep until much later. Any suggestions?

Mine been doing this for about a month. I've had my fit bit for almost 2 years and never had an issue, but now it hasn't shown a solid sleep pattern since November 5th

Hey there @Hmm_720 welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community and nice to see you again @Shanieg69. My apologies for being absent for a few days and I'm wondering how it goes so far?
I recommend playing with your "Sleep Tracking" setting in your device settings page to "Sensitive" or "Normal" and then attempting to log sleep with it again tonight to see if you get any different results.
Also If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
See you until the next occasion.

Changed it to sensitive and still not recording properly. It's always been tight on my wrist. I went to bed just after 11 and it didn't start recording my sleep until gone 3 this morning. Any more suggestions before I sell it?

Hello @Shanieg69, thank you for keep me posted. My apologies since I was absent for this holidays. I was reading your lats post and it seems the issue still persists.
If the issue continues, lets try the following: Restart your tracker again following the instructions of my previous post. and set up your tracker as a new device on your existing account. Just make sure to sync before you proceed so you do not lose any information.
I'm pretty sure you know how to do this, but in case you need extra help for this process, take this post as a reference.
See you later.

I have exactly the same problem. I receive my Charge 2 for Xmas this year (2017) and it is sporadic at best in recording sleeping times, e.g. I went to bed at 2330 and awoke at 0730. My charge 2 said I slept from 0530 to 0730. This is very disappointing coming from the supposed top company and their very expensive product.

Hi there @USXPatriate, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post that your sleep is not recording correctly. Also I saw you have tried already some troubleshooting steps to address this issue.
You mentioned a reboot, could you please confirm if you are referring to a restart on your tracker? If you haven't tried this perhaps this will help to address this issue: How to restart your Charge 2?
Also in one of my post on this thread I mentioned about playing with the sensitivity of the tracker, have your tried this too?
Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around!
