My phone not showing steps and sleep.

A warm welcome to the Forums @nena217. Are you able to see the tracker's icon in the upper right corner? If you aren't, that means that your tracker is not paired and that's why you can't see your information. Please paired the device by doing the following from your Android Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I did what you suggested.  Still, not connecting.  The phone found the tracker,  but not connecting.  The tracker is fully charged.  There are no other tracker.  And, I even turned off and on the Bluetooth on the phone.  Still no luck.  I had this problem since Friday,  March 3rd.
