Hi I wonder if fitbit flex is sensitive for moving... on my arm?  Does he reaching to every arm moves I make?? Like wash the dishes? ?

To a degree, yes. Your Flex is sensitive to movement. Specifically movement of the fitbit but as this is strapped to your wrist then it's sensitive to movement of your wrist. It does try to work out what movement is a result of stepping and what is the result of random arm movement but it's not perfect and can sometimes get it wrong.
