Says I'm offline?

Every time I try to change my goal or sync the app tells me I'm offline even though my connection is perfect? It's also not letting me accept my friend requests??? I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out, force stopped, turned off my phone, then logged in again and it' still doing the same thing!!! If someone could give me a hand here that would be AWESOME!!

Hi there @HeavenLeigh0718, awesome to have new faces in the Fitbit Community!  I was reading you are expirincing issues to change your goals, accept friend requests or sync your tracker. Are you using Wifi or the mobile data of your phone?

 

This week we have released a new version that gradually will become available to all users. So review your Google play store if the update is available for you. For more details please take a look at this post: Android app version 2.65 is now available - 1/22. This might help to address the issue you are experiencing.
