Not receiving notifications from Ring App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Recently my Blaze stopped receiving notifications from the Ring App.  The strange thing is that I do get neighborhood watch notifications but not notifications when someone rings my doorbell or where there is motion.  This used to work fine a few months ago and all of a sudden stopped.  I have tried everything even wiping my phone and starting from scratch.  Phone is a Galaxy S8+

Anyone else having this problem?

Hi @sabel9579, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back. My apologies for the delayed reply.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Blaze are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for your update @sabel9579, sorry for the delayed reply.

I'm sorry to know that you're still not receiving notifications from the Ring Doorbell app. To further investigate this situation and so we can move forward, can you please let me know if this issue occurs with other apps or just with the previously mentioned one? Did you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling such app and the configure the notification again? When was the first time you experienced this matter? I'll be waiting for your reply.

Don't hesitate to ask me any additional questions you may have.
