I just got a new Fitbit blaze and tried download the Fitbit App from the play store onto my phone but it keeps having an error saying it's unable to download it. 

 

I tried downloading random apps after and had no issues whatsoever?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you verify that your Google Pixel 3A is up to date, restart your phone and try again.

The day I made the post was when I tried to install the app and had just gotten my Fitbit Blaze.
I've tried restarting and doing everything but still doesn't work.

Probably just going to get this returned and get something else instead

To further investigate this uncommon situation, can you please send me a screenshot of the error message you receive at the moment you try to download the Fitbit app from the Google Playstore? You can refer to this post for instructions of how to attach an image into your post. 

 

I'll be waiting for your reply.
