This is rather disappointing as what you would find in a dating app or chat room. I did report the user and hopefully Fitbit can screen users a bit better with asking for more details like maybe product serial number, purchase date, and store. If serial number doesn't match sorry no profile. I know from working in e-commerce it's tough to block everything, but this profile was basically blank and looks like they created it in less than 2 minutes. Yeah it stinks for the legit user to make them add more information and taking a bit more time, but it's better than the annoyance of scammers and the possibility of someone vulnerable being taken advantage of.
