My screen is black, how do i adjust the brightness if i can't see anything?

Let me help you with your black screen. Are you seeing this on the Fitbit app or on the Fitbit device. Which Fitbit device do you have? What have you done to fix this? The more information I have the better I will be able to help you.

brightness down, now I can't see the screen to turn it back up.
I was hoping I could do this with my phone, but can't find on the apps where
to do this.
My phone tells me it has been Synced 11/17/19
