Screen is black

The fitbit is on but screen is black. I think the light feature is turned all the way down but dont know  how to turn it on.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device you're currently using? Also, when did you experienced this? The hart rate sensors (if applicable) are blinking? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device and let me know how it goes.
