Send me swap or refund on this Fitbit Inspire 2 locked up 3 times 3 months purchased on capital one card Walmart. Held down 10 seconds restart nothing - also can't change clock face in trouble shooting if it's locked up. Never been in water or any damage at all. I have original box all paperwork came with. Can get receipt from card company and warranty info. They assure me of. Please take care this asap. Will be contacting seeking further action this is 6 th different Fitbit purchased over yrs. Very unhappy ready switch brands. Please send me new watch give me address u can have this one back.
Impossible reach human on phone number tried all fixes blacked out screen on my inspire 2 bought Walmart capital one card warranty also. Still have box serial numbers I want a new watch sent me asap. This keeps blacking out screen since got 3 months ago. 10 sec hold didn't reset Bluetooth cut off back on did nothing and never been water nor damaged. Purchased several different ones over yrs. I will not be getting another if fit bit company doesn't make this right. I am disabled limited income to replace watch after 3 months didn't wk at least month that keeps blacking out. Can't change clock face if it doesn't do JACK.
. Make this right. Very loyal customer. Very upset spent over half day on this watch can't use 😡 in Alabama.

From what I can understand, it is locked as if you were swimming. Water lock? What is shown on screen? To turn off water lock, firmly double-tap the middle of the screen with your finger. If you don't see "Unlocked" appear on screen, try tapping harder. Turning off this feature uses the accelerometer in your device, which takes more force to activate. Note that water lock turns on automatically when you start a swim in the Exercise app. In order to change the clock face, follow the instructions in this article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
