Second hand charge 2 pairing issue

I have just purchased a second hand charge 2. When trying to pair with my Huawei Pro, it goes through the process of pairing and asks for a code when found. I enter the code and its starts connecting. But then I goes back to the account page and the device is not visible. 

 

I have tried restarting device, I have reset bluetooth. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled. I have even paired my old flex 2 which worked first time.

 

Please help.

Let me try to help you figure out what is going on.

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. That should definitely help in getting it all to work. While you might have already tried some of them, please go through all of them in order.

 

I'd also like to ask what specific phone is it that you are using? What Pro version are you using?
