Sense and Samsung S 22+ wont pair

My Sense was paired to my S 22 Plus. Today it was disconnected and will not reconnect. I did delete it from the bluetooth list on the S 22 and now when trying to pair it does not come up on the list of either device of found devices.

Hello @Pmb61

Try turning your Bluetooth off, turn your phone off for 1-2 mins. While your phone is off restart your Fitbit Sense:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. Now turn your phone back on then turn back on your Bluetooth. Open your Fitbit App and attempt to sync your Fitbit Sense by swiping the Fitbit App page downward.
If this fails you can try setting your Fitbit Sense up as a replacement device. It’s best to do this close to your router/Wi-Fi and your Fitbit Sense charged. You will not lose any data doing this but any data since your last successful sync will be lost. It’s actually your Fitbit account that stores your activity data, not the individual device. Here’s how: open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture and scroll down to and tap Set Up A Device. Choose Fitbit Sense from the list of Fitbit trackers and follow the online instructions. When asked if you want to replace tracker say yes.
😉 I hope this resolves your syncing issues and get you back up and running. Let me know how it goes.
