Hya, i just got my sense watch today and notifications only worked for an hour after giving a message to restart my phone which is a complete non sense as it has been done few times and hasnt helped. i tried disconnecting n reconnecting the devices but this hasnt troubleshooted the problem. Getting seriously annoyed as the whole point of me upgrading to sense was to have notifications running smooth.

Hi @Aurelijarev. Welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry you're getting that message on your Sense and hanks for every step tried prior to posting. Let me explain that our team is aware of this error message resulting in notifications not being received. This is affecting Huawei phones and our team is working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and please know your feedback won't go unnoticed as I'll keep them informed of the impact to you.
See you around.

Same problem here on a Xiaomi Poco X3 running MIUI 12.0.8 /Android 10. Now trying battery saving off for the Fitbit app and hoping that helps.

Hi @HermanusG. Welcome on board.
Thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting your Sense. As mentioned before, the issue with the Sense saying "Notification service not running" instead of receiving a notification is currently affecting our Huawei users. If your watch gets this message, even after trying the battery saving off on your Xiaomi Poco X3 phone, I'd recommend to get in touch with our Support team so they can further investigate and provide you with further assistance. Click here to get connected with them via chat or phone.
Have a good day.

My problem seems to be solved with these two settings:
* Settings/Apps/Manage apps/Fitbit/Battery saver: no restrictions
* Settings/Apps/Manage apps/Fitbit/Fullscreen mode: allowed
(translated from dutch so I don't know if these are the exact English phrases)
Had no issues for several weeks now 😀
