About 2 weeks ago my Sense stopped receiving texts, emails, calls and other alerts from my Pixel 5. My wife has the Pixel 4a 5g and has the same problem. I've factory reset my Sense twice, unpaired and paired the watch twice, called Fitbit support and went through all the trouble shooting steps with them. They said they were escalating my case and I would hear back from the team soon... I've heard nothing back.
I think the problem occurred around the same time Google pushed an update to my phone, but I can't get my watch to work and don't know what else to do.
