Hi y'all

I charged my Fitbit Sense and now it will not sync to phone, shows wrong date and time. Have done all the usual steps unloaded and reloaded Fitbit app, unsynced from phone, turned off and on from Bluetooth on phone. Now I can't get the Bluetooth to even recognize it at all. I am on an Android platform n never had this issue before.

Hi @Suebrit - to get the time right it has to sync. So as it is not syncing that is explained.

Most often just restarting both the phone and watch resolves the issue. But first logout of the Fitbit App.

As regards Bluetooth, the phone Bluetooth won't recognise it. It is done solely by the Fitbit App.

After the restart, login to the Fitbit App and then without closing it head to the phone home screen. A sync popup should appear in the status bar. Click on this and wait for the Bluetooth pair and link prompts then sync and all should be well.
