Since T mobile updated my phone. My Fitbit no longer syncs. My Fitbit app is up to date. I have unstalled the app and.reinstalled.

Hi @ESchwartz0312 - often restarting the phone, and the watch, resolves such issues. However it may be a setting such as Location that is not enabled on the phone.
Also turn off data and use wifi while syncing or vica versa, there may be a difference.
