Trying to set up charge 2 but keeps saying fitbit Bluetooth busy try later! Is anyone else having trouble?

@Sez123 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Charge 2 is not connecting with your phone. Please make sure that your phone doesn't have many Bluetooth devices connected since the connection between your tracker and phone may be poor. After this, make sure that you are following the setup process properly as advised in this help article.
