Set up woes and UI messaging

Hi Fitbit App team

I've spent time capturing bluetooth data from failed device setup on a phone.

The problem is the app UI continues to say "connecting" after the user has paired the device with the app. What's actually happening is the app is downloading data (updates?) to the device. Unfortunately the user doesn't know this because "connecting" implies "not connected, making a connection". The risk (and my own behaviour) is that the user timeouts out after 10minutes of this not realizing that the setup process is proceeding correctly.

It would be great to transition the UI to say "Updating" otherwise the user may time out the setup process. Even better would be to display a progress update, e.g. amount of data transferred and remain, number of steps remaining, etc.
