How do I set up a new fit bit after having had one already?  It won't let me set up a new account because I have the same email address.

There's no need to create a new account. You can use your existing account and add the Charge 2 as a new device. This way you get to keep all your data, settings, badges etc. You can also keep your old fitbit connected to your account and use it as a spare tracker.
