I have a fitbit surge and a imo Q android device also i have the fitbit android app problem is it will no connect to the app via bluetooth but i can pair it with out the app under normal bluetooth settings i follow the setup but just keeps on asking me to restart bluetooth ive scoured the forums and google for any tips and i tryed what i have read but to still no avail my pebble didnt have any of this trouble. Any help would be great thanks

the fitbits should be universal as standard my pebble is great in that respect but i really need my fitbit not just for exercise but to keep tabs on ma heart as im ill at the moment

I cant get my fitbit alta to connect to my samsung gallexy S5. Never had this much trouble with Garmin Vivofit. Im ready to give up.

I have a Fitbit Alta and a Gallexy S5.
No problem syncing but they wont connect. It shouldnt be this hard and Im ready to quit and go back to my Garmin device.
Hopefully there is a easy fix...
