Setup device issues - Not recognizing 4 digit code

Hi ive bought a charge hr, i have a Samsung galaxy s8 and downloaded the app. Went to set up device, it finds my fitbit when i input the 4 didget number it just searches then after a few minutes it comes up saying number doesnt match. Ive logged out/uninstalled app, launched it again, swiched phone off/on but still the same. Can anyone help please
