Very frustrated with the Fitbit. It hasn't been syncing since Dec 1st. I've been through this before about 2 months ago and finally figured it out by syncing it to the app on my laptop, updating the Fitbit and the app, and then re-syncing it to my phone. Now it's not working again. I've tried everything in the troubleshooting forums and it's still not working. I even deleted it from the app and tried to re-pair it. No luck. Had to go through the laptop again. But it still wont sync to my phone. It finds my tracker and gives the 4 digit number but says it cant connect. I'm about ready to give up on this product. Nothing but trouble.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
