Fitbit can find my phone but it can't pair with the phone

Hello @Groseda are you saying that the firbit app can find the tracker?

Once the Fitbit app finds the tracker, what happens?

At what step does the setup process fail?

Any error message?

It looks for my phone and then shows "got it" and put a check mark in a circle on the middle of the screen. Then the screen goes blank and the spinning Circle indicates the computers doing something and it continues this way for several minutes and then I suddenly get three notices. The first says to make sure my Bluetooth is on, the second one tells me to turn my Bluetooth on and off and the third says to make sure my phone is in pairing mode(this last one I have no idea how to do) Then a limk to "try again". I do all that and I just go through the same sequence again and brings me back to the same messages I should mention that I had it working for about 2 weeks and then it suddenly stopped with a problem of a partial loading of a new home screen, caused I assume because I made some mistake Everything I tried to get rid of that failed so I finally erased everything and brought the phone back to factory defaults and started the setup, with this result.
