How do I get my Charge 2 to recognize my account. I set up my account info on my Windows 7 PC but did not have the dongle that was asked for. When I tried to set it up on my phone instead it would not let me past the account setup being that I already set up that info on the PC. Any ideas?

@whall1956, did you try to go into the Account page on your phone and Add a Device?
