Unable to set up inspire Hr. Started account on Samsung galaxy s10 and it shows there. The Inspire is fully charged and still shows the setup message. I have gone to the website and tried to no avail. Can someone offer a suggestion?

You only have to go through setup one time on one device. That connects your fitbit to the account. Then you can log into that account on another device without going through setup again.
