Saw my watch needed charging so I checked the app because I didn't get a notification like I usually do. Watch and app haven't synced since Wed, today is Fri. Charged watch and Android phone. Still not syncing. Stopped app, shut off phone, restarted phone, selected app, pulled down on window to sync, nothing just keeps trying to find watch.
What now?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 2 since it won't sync with your phone. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

It's July 19th, 2020 and since the last update to the FitBit app I have had trouble with the app saying No Device Found. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least 4 times, probably more. I have un-paired (deleted my device) and re-paired my device at least 8 times. Eventually it sees the device and synchs, but, it only lasts a few days and I have to do it all again. I am becoming increasingly frustrated as I have the app connectes to Noom, a program I am following to lose weight and it's not tracking my steps and activities. Please advise. My phone is a Samsung S8, about 3 years old and in perfect condition, also fully updated. My Charge 2 is about the same age and never been damaged.
