Several notifications for Calendar events

As the subject says, even though I press "Close" on the notification I get, I still get repeated notifications every minute up to the event starts.

It is ok that it repeats, but only if I haven't pressed close on the notification. 

Can you please adjust this. 

Maybe there should be a setting for how the repeat works, how many and how far before the event.

I have a android phone and Inspire HR.

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Are you using the default calendar app from your mobile device or a third-party app? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have the Oneplus 5 phone.

The calendar app I use and have configured to work with the fitbit-app is the Outlook app.

I started using the notifications feature last week and experienced the issue from the get go when the first calender event was near.

Since the issue you're experiencing is with the Outlook calendar app, can you please try to add an event on your phone's default calendar app and let me know if the issue persists? This way we will be able to identify the root cause of this uncommon situation.

After some testing I come to the conclusion that the issue is that the Outlook calendar app is sending one notification each minute when the event is near unless I close the notification. Which is not possible when I'm running.

I haven't found a setting for this in the Outlook app but have found a solution by inactivating notifications on the fitbit when I run with the quick menu.
