It's been a few months that they're no longer silent. Why?

 

I just got an Inspire HR and it does have silent! So it's not the app! Why doesn't my Alta HR become silent like before when the phone is silent?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for attaching some screenshots into your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know what do you mean with no longer silent? Is your device not receiving notifications at all? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying this, you can try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

By silent i mean when my phone is silent, the tracker should not vibrate.

 

Why doesn't my Alta HR become silent like before when the phone is silent?
