Fitbit app (Version 4.14) not importing nutrition infromation from HealthConnect. I have verified that nutriton is written to health connect by myfitnesspal, and verified helath connect permisons of fitbitapp (all on, including read nutrition). But even force syncing does not pull in nutrition information from HealthConnect

I can't for life of me figure out when Fitbit decides to read from Health Connect, or at least to force it to read from it. I've triple checked the settings, and the data is getting correctly written to health connect (from Google Fit, in turn from Fossil Smartwatch). To its credit, the logs in Health Connect make it easy to see that reads are not happening, even though writes are. Is there a force fitbit to read from Health Connect? Or does anyone know how the app decides to read from it?

fitbit is getting Exercise days, Steps, Distance and Energy burned from health connect.

So obviously Health Connect is enabled.
Updated weight is shown in the Health Connect app but it does not update in the Today tab.

Looks like Activity works but Health does not?

Any ideas what to do now?

Why would you need health connect when fitbit had all you need?

@Scotsgirl Do you work for ifit? 

If you do a bit of research you may see that health connect will bring many additional things into fitbit.

For example, weight from my connected scales and glucose from my connected dexcom.

As Google fit is going away it's important that we get, at least, the same functionality from fitbit.

Except that Fitbit is not reading (all) available data from Health Connect.  MyNetDiary writes very detailed nutrition records to HC but Fitbit is simply ignoring these.  I am sure there are others it's simply ignoring.
