Since Ionic firmware update, problems with notifications and smart lock connection

Hi, since the Ionic firmware update, the Ionic isn't receiving notifications and keeps being dropped as Bluetooth smart lock device from Android 9.  I've restarted both the Ionic and the phone itself.  The firmware update indicated that it completed successfully.  I can sync to the phone but the Android smart lock features seems to repeatedly lose track of the Ionic and it has to be reconnected, even though the Bluetooth settings indicate that the Ionic is still connected to the phone.

Update:  the message situation was my fault.  I had the phone on silent and this stopped the message traffic to the Ionic.  Not sure yet if this resolves the Smart Lock issue.

Hi, this didn't resolve the Smart Lock problem.  After a few hours, my phone loses the Ionic as a Smart Lock source even though nothing has changed in terms of Bluetooth settings.  I also have the constant sync feature on so it shouldn't be losing track of the Ionic.

Hi, since the firmware update my Android phone still loses the Ionic as a Smart Lock device at least once a day.  No apparent reason for this.  None of my other Bluetooth devices (mostly BT headsets) have this problem regardless of how infrequently I use them.
