Hi,
When I look at my benchmarks I see my sleep compared to the range for people like me.
For the "typical" bands for each sleep stage,
are they
the range of percentage of total sleep that stage is? OR
Is it the range of the absolute number of hours people like me should get.
Here is my example.
I only slept 5.5 hours. In the Benchmark, most of my numbers are in range and my deep sleep is 17% of my sleep for a total of 1 hour 5 mins. and that is ABOVE the typical.
Is it that 17% is above the typical range of percent oy my total sleep that is deep sleep
OR - that a total of 1 hour 5 mins is above the typical range that people are in deep sleep?
Thanks
Allen

Hi, @akrasna, welcome to the community, sleep benchmarking is explained in this article What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? - Fitbit Help Center I apologise if you've already reviewed it. I recognise that it may not precisely answer your question.
I hope this does help.
Cheers

Hello @akrasna
The way I interpret the benchmark line is the percentage range, not the actual amount of sleep.
In your example, I would interpret it as your 17% Deep sleep is above the typical range of Deep sleep for people like you.
Hope this helps.

Who are "people like you"? They don't know my age.
