I tried that too without success. Looks like there hasn't been a response from Fitbit since February. Hoping they post one shortly. Seems like this week there was a whole lot of problems.
Just tried to edit it one more time. I made a change this time, changing my bedtime from 10:31 to 10:30. But when I did that, it all updated fine. I don't know if that helps anybody else, but it solved my problem.

I'm curious with something regarding this issue, you mentioned one of your logs updated to reflect the correct information, so I would like to ask how often is this happening? Is this issue repeating on a daily basis?
If this is the issue you are experiencing rest assure we are investigating the root of this bug. There is a small portion of users who have reported this too.
See you around and let me know if you have more questions.
I am also having this issue. I have a samsung s8 and an ion fitbit
Best AnswerI have the same issue. This morning My Fitbit Charge 2 displayed the total hours I was asleep. Going into the daily record showed a sleep stages graph that looks OK, but all of the number are at 0. Today was the first day this happened to me, but my wife has had the same problem for the last 3 days.

I don't think it's a small portion of users with the amount of posts today. The app started to malfunction for me today after syncing with the Versa after swapping from the Alta.
Samsung S7 Edge, Oreo, Fitbit app is the latest version. I've tried a hard reset and a reinstall. It hasn't helped and crashes every time I explore the sleep aspect of the app. I've gone back to edit the log and it now no longer shows 0 min of sleep but the app still crashes when I attempt to look at the sleep log. I can only view REM, deep sleep, light sleep, awake, categories on the desktop app.

Hi there everyone and thank you for bringing this matter to my attention @LostScientist42,
You are correct, by the time I made my comment there wasn't any reports. However, for any who are having this issue with your sleep logs, rest assure we are already investigating the root of this problem.
Some users have reported that editing the sleep log resolves the issue issue. So, feel free to give it a try as a workaround in the meantime.
If new information arise, I will let you know!

Best AnswerMe too.
I went to bed around 5 am after reading reports of this. So have just synced for the first time today and hey presto another fibbit fail.
What's changed that this has suddenly started?
I'm using a charge 2 and Sony experia m4 aqua.
Best AnswerOK, just tried the editing solution and it seems to have worked for me. Time will tell or not as the case may be.
Best AnswerEditing my sleep log resolved the instance, and I don't crash my app anymore. Please note: you have to make a change. Just tapping "edit" then "Save" didn't work for me.
