Sleep Score not showing up

Ive got a Charge 2 and it has been working great for a couple of years.

I have been using the Fitbit app on my android phone but recently the battery stopped working on the phone and so until I fix it I cannot access my fitbit app. I downloaded the app onto my Kindle Fire this morning without issue and checked my sleep. It shows the sleep stages correctly but there is no sleep score listed and try as I might I cannot find out how to turn it on or if that is even an option.
