I have read a lot of complains about the sleep stages tracking issue wherein you can't see any record or details about your sleep and it only shows a solid graph which looks like corrupted.
Is there any solution about this? coz it seems the sleep stage feature is useless now with my Blaze. I am running fitbit app on my samsung s8+. I have tried login and logout and restarting phone but none fix the issue. Please help!

I had that issue on my Charge 2 but it has been consistent over the last 2.5 weeks and has shown me sleep stages every day until today. It said it could not get a good heart rate to determine my sleep stages. When that has happened before, I snugged the band one notch tighter and it seemed to work better. Don't know if that will fix your issue bit it helped mine

I have a S7 Active. There was a firmware update icon last night. I updated this morning after I woke up & my sleep stages worked before and reverted back to the old version after the firmware update. I have reached out to Twitter, Facebook & even called Customer service. They are giving me a run around. I'm hoping it will be resolved in the morning.
