Sleep Start Incorrect

I have an Inspire 2 and I've set the sleep tracker to start at 9:30 pm. Why, when I check it the next morning at least 85% of the time it shows I've gone to bed later than that (10:30, 11:01, etc.)? Kinda frustrating.

There is no setting for time to track sleep.  Perhaps you are referring to setting times for 'Sleep Mode'.  Sleep Mode times have no effect on sleep detection time.  It just sets a time range to adjust some settings to not disturb you when you might be asleep, such as dimming the display, keeping display from coming on with wrist turn, and turning off notifications.  Sleep is detected when Fitbit thinks you are asleep, whether or not that coincides with 'Sleep Mode' times.
