I purchased premium for a year a few days ago basically for sleep analysis but not logging. Help

I can't get it to log more than 2 hrs tried everything I'm so bummed

Same. WTH? And, the other reason I purchased the premium and the inspire 2 was the heart rate monitor. That's not working either

I have gotten 1 night where it logged more then 2 to 2and 45 minutes....I sleep more then that but I was showing my personal trainer and she told me I need to sleep more..... it was logging zero
