Sleep Tracking and Readiness Score

My Fitbit app dashboard says "no data today" despite me wearing my PW2 to bed last night. If I click on the tile, it shows my sleep last night under Tuesday (yesterday), so it did track it but it isn't registering it as today's sleep score???

Also, I suddenly do not have a readiness score. It says "No Score today" despite me wearing my watch all day and night for the last week. Every other day I've received a score. What's the issue here??

Hi, @roman3434, welcome to the community, Did you sync the Fitbit app? On the "Today" screen slide your finger down the screen & release. It may be necessary to do this a second time as data from your Fitbit app needs to go to the Fitbit server & then be returned in the form of "results". You may find this article of interest How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

I hope this helps but please post here again if you are still stuck.

Cheers

Yes, I have refreshed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Just seems like a really buggy app to me. Very unfortunate.

Hi, @roman3434, allowing you have consider the points made in the link I sent you earlier you may like to review the article on syncing the Fitbit app, How do Fitbit devices sync their data?  & Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Under normal circumstances your Fitbit app will automatically sync each time you open it, I usually manually sync each time I look at the app to make sure it's right up to date. In the "Today" screen on the app on your phone slide your finger down and release to see the green sync bar advance across the top of the screen from left to right.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
