For the past two nights my resting HR is not updating and the app is not showing any sleep - neither basic sleep nor sleep stages - NONE. This is in spite of the fact that all other stats are updating ok, steps/cals etc. I know the HR function is working as I can access HR data from the previous day's screen and swiping across. Is there a known fault?
I've done everything I possibly can with the app (uninstall blah blah etc) and have not been using the device differently at all.
Has anyone had anything similar happen recently?

Check to see if it has really synced recently. From phone dashboard, click 'Account' icon near top right, then just below you tracker type it shows the last time it synced.
It can show other data, steps, cals, etc from the bluetooth connection between phone and tracker without actually having synced to main database where sleep gets calculated.

I'll check that tomorrow morning but I'm fairly sure it's syncing OK, plus the hr data does eventually get updated (today after 3pm). Apparently there IS an issue with HR updating on the tile which knocks on the sleep data, been in touch on twitter - not sure of a fix yet though.
