Hi @Lcutler, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! It's been a few days since you posted and I'm wondering how it goes this issue? Is your Charge 2 not recording due to it doesn't have any charge ir are these two separate issues?

 

If the issue is caused due to the Charge 2 battery is not charging, perhaps the following steps will give you some extra help: Why isn't my battery charging?

 

If your tracker, aside from not charging the battery, is not recording your steps. Feel free to perform a restart on your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
