So I noticed the past.... I don't even know, but I know it's at least been weeks. When I go to the sleep schedule section of the app, the section that lists time slept with the date is fairly accurate, but the chart above it is dead wrong.
Like a few nights ago it was a little over 8 hours, but the chart says it was 15 hr 38 min. I have never slept that long. It shows a 6 and a half hour night as 12 hr 20 min.
At first I figured it'd go away. It didn't. Then I thought I'd find it on here. Nope. So now I'm.asking. It's not a major problem since it's just the chart and everything else is right.
But does anyone know if there's anything I can do to fix it?

Best AnswerMy sleep chart isn't matching my hours slept. The hours seem to be correct however the hours double when displayed on the chart. This began one week ago and I have had my charge 2 since December. Suggestions?

Best AnswerHello, I just replaced my old Charge HR with a pre-owned Charge HR 2. With the new Charge 2 the sleep chart is showing many more hours of sleep than the individual nights with the quality of sleep listed below. I noticed this issue is marked solved but I am still having the same issues as of last night (6/21). I checked and there are no updates available for me through the Google play store. I'm on an LG-G3 running Android v 6.0. Hope this helps.
Best AnswerPlease return to your former app. This updated app has all kinds of problems. My sleep record was great and since the app update, it has been at least 50% inaccurate. No longer recording naps and doesn't match night time sleep correctly anymore, please advise
Best AnswerIt is currently as resolved as its going to be. I marked it because they're aware of the issue and there isn't an immediate fix. Leaving it unmarked for months or even a year just seemed unnecessary.
Best AnswerIt is not uncommon in programming and web development to have unsolved issues remain unsolved for long periods of time. However marking it "Solved" means other people (like me) will go looking for this post for answers that solve the issue. I found no answers here, thus I voiced my disappointment and my specs to help the programmers/developers solve the issue.

Hello @RuffusU and @MattJ71! Welcome to the Community @MissRisa, @Nuge90, and @Schaunel!
Thanks for your feedback on the matter. Please know that 'Accepted Solutions' are selected by other users of the Forums and they are not selected or established by moderators.
I'd like to recommend that you all try to update your app. To do so, please follow these steps:
After the update, log out and then back into the app and check if the information is not correctly showing up.
Let me know how it goes!
Best AnswerNow what is happening to me is that the number of hours:minutes on the dashboard is fewer than the actual number slept!

@MissRisa It's great to read that you're enjoying the new design. You should experience less issues from now on.
@Schaunel Could you post some screen shots to show exactly what you mean?
Please let me know if there are any questions.
