I sleep terribly, likely due to sleep apnea. That's why I got this fit bit. Anyway, most nights it will only record 1-3 hours of sleep, some nights nothing at all. Are there settings I can adjust to improve the recording? I have bpm on instead of auto and my heart rate records all night. Any ideas?

Hi there @Arudisu, good to see you have joined us here in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your concern and yes, there is an option to increase the sensitive of your tracker.
Although I would recommend first to review a few things before jump to this option. Make sure you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
If this is not doing any difference then proceed to try to change the sensitivity option.
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

My setting is on normal and it is not working. Many nights it will only record 1-3 hours even though I know I slept more than that. Maybe I am wearing the fitbit too tightly??

Hi there @egasque, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community! I saw you posted a few days ago, so my apologies for not seeing your post earlier. Definitely how you wear your tracker at certain point can have a impact on your sleep recordings.
If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
You can try a restart too in case the issue persists. I saw on your Community profile page you have a Charge 2, so the following steps should provide you more details: How to restart your Charge 2?.
See you around and stay tuned in case you have more questions.
