Sleep data not synced for 2 weeks!

Hi!

Although all the data were up-to-date up until five days ago, my phone could not connect to FitBit for some days. And this created a big bug in my data - all the data from the 1st to the 18th of September were missing.

After the usual procedure, I managed to connect it again and update it. Although the steps count was repristinated for the whole period, the sleep data is still missing from the 1st to the 10th of September, both in the App and here in the Dashboard.

Can you help me get my data back?

Best and thanks

Giovanni

Hi @janezgiov - unfortunately if the watch is not synced often the more complicated [Sleep data etc.] gets overwritten on the watch and is lost. So it is best to sync at least once per full charge, if not twice.

Normally receiving notifications on the watch means that syncing can happen.
