Sleep data

I have a problem with the sleep data. When I wake it is accurate no problem there however it shows me 2 different formats. The usual one you click on it and it shows a percentage on how long you were awake, in rem sleep, light sleep, and deep sleep. The other shows a graph of how many many minutes you were in all those. Why does it come up different. They are not appearing at the same time just 1 day it's one way and 1 day it's another

Hi, @Krista73 , usually you should get sleep info that when you click on it it will tell you times in deep sleep, rem, light sleep, awake, and the percentages.  When you click you will get firther details.

Occasionally you will only get "simplified sleep" which will really only tell you whether you were awake or asleep.  This happens if your heart rate reading is inconsistent (for a variety of reasons), if yur sleep was less than 3 hours, if the battery on your Fitbit was very low, or if you manually started your sleep, rather than allowing it to detect automatically.

Could any of these things be happening?  If not, couod yu explain in more detail what is the issue you are seeing?

There is always someone here to help.

No none of these are the reason. I'm not sure what happened. It happens every once in a while. Now that I think about it during the day i took a nap which is very unusually and it showed up as sleep today. The nap was Thursday so it showed I had slept Thursday already not it was the middle of the day. I didnt want it to mess up my actual Thursday night sleeping pattern to I deleted the nap. Would deleting that sleep have screwed it up and if so if I had left the nap would it still accurately tracked my sleep anyway?
